”When can I expect to receive my package?”
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and made fresh. An additional 1-3 business days for USPS shipping time. We work with USPS to ensure that you receive your product as quickly as possible.
“Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?”
Please email within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the change for you. If the order has already been shipped, customer is responsible for shipping charges.
“What is the return policy?”
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns at this time. We only replace defective or damaged items.
“My package says delivered but I don’t have it.”
Contact us at your earliest convenience, so we can work with the carrier to locate your package. Please keep in mind Calm and Melo is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
”What if my product broke during transit?”
Contact us as soon as you receive your package with your order number and a photo of your broken item(s).
“Can I use the butters and scrubs on my face?”
Body butters, scrubs and soaps are for the BODY.
Skincare is for the FACE.
“Are the products 100% vegan and cruelty free?”
Yes, none of our products contain animal ingredients nor do we test on animals.
“Do the products contain nuts in the ingredients?”
Please be mindful and read through the ingredients list to ensure you are not allergic. It is your own responsibility to be aware of this. Prior to use, do a patch test on your inner wrist with our product alone.
“Do the products expire?”
Our products don’t have a formal expiration date, but they can change over time. For best results, we recommend using our product within 3-6 months after opening.
